1. Cost & Booking Questions
Pricing depends on the total transit distance, vehicle model/dimensions (hatchback, sedan, SUV, or bike CC category), carrier choice (Open vs Enclosed Carrier), and declared insurance value. Our quotes are 100% all-inclusive with zero hidden costs.
Yes. All national highway FASTag tolls, state border transit permits, green taxes, driver allowances, and doorstep pickup fees are included in our upfront quotation.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 days prior to your preferred pickup date so our logistics dispatch team can assign and reserve a dedicated slot on the upcoming highway carrier departure.
2. Vehicle Preparation & Documents
You only need to provide photocopies or clear digital scans of the Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), valid motor insurance policy, Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, and government ID proof of the owner (Aadhaar or Driving License).
You can place small non-valuable personal items (up to 20-30 kg) in the car trunk. However, valuable items (cash, jewelry, laptops, documents) and flammable liquids are strictly prohibited by highway regulations.
For both cars and bikes, keep the fuel tank at minimum reserve (around 1 to 2 litres of fuel) to satisfy commercial carrier fire-safety regulations while allowing sufficient fuel for driving onto loading ramps.
3. Transit Safety & GPS Tracking
Vehicles are loaded using hydraulic drive-on ramps and anchored securely using rubberized wheel chocks and non-abrasive wheel safety harnesses. Bikes receive 3 layers of protective bubble, corrugated, and stretch wrapping on customized metal stands.
Our entire fleet is satellite GPS tracked. You can enter your docket number on our Live Tracking Portal, and you will receive automated SMS milestone updates as the carrier crosses key state checkposts.
Full declared-value transit insurance covers highway collisions, vehicle fire, overturning, theft, and natural hazards from doorstep pickup to final delivery.
